Regency at Waterford at the northwest corner of Telegraph and Dixie Highway had a ribbon cutting on June 2, 2011. Regency of Waterford is part of the
Ciena Healthcare nursing and rehabilitation communities. Residents of Oakland County Golden Oaks Medical Facility will be relocated to Regency at Waterford.
