Fiscal and Human Resources

The Fiscal & Human Resources Department (F&HR) provides Township-wide financial and personnel related services. F&HR responsibilities include employee recruitment and development, budget preparation, revenue projection, contract negotiations, risk management and telecommunications planning.

Our mission is to provide sound financial planning and a quality workforce for the Citizens of Waterford Township.
