Employee Suggestion Form
The Employee Suggestion Program provides Waterford Township employees an opportunity for involvement in the improvement of Township processes and services. Township employees know best how the Township works, and how to improve it.
Suggestions submitted should benefit Waterford Township by:
- saving money, resources or time;
- generating additional revenue;
- cost-effectively improving service(s) to customers;
- eliminate inefficiencies, waste or duplication of effort(s).
All full and part time Waterford Township employees are eligible and encouraged to suggest ideas.
