Rental Facilities Information
To reserve or inqure about any of our rental facilities please call our office at 248-674-5441.
The rental fee and damage deposit fee must be paid in full at the time you book your reservation. You must make your reservations at least 10 days in advance. All facilities are non-smoking and do not allow alcohol unless otherwise stated.

Warming House
The Jerry Davies Warming House is located at 5050 Civic Center Drive, next to the 51st District Court. The facility holds up to 40 people and is perfect for small showers, birthday parties etc. This facility is only equipped with a sink and a microwave. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. The damage deposit is refunded as long as there is no damage to the building, garbage is thrown away and the key is picked up during office hours at the Recreation Office.

Recreation Office
The Recreation Office is located at 2303 Crescent Lake Road, between M-59 and Hatchery Road. This facility is available for meetings, classes, birthday parties, showers, etc.

C.A.I. Building
The C.A.I. Building is located at 5640 Williams Lake Road between Dixie Highway and Airport Road. This facility is available for wedding receptions, parties, meeting, classes, etc.

The Drayton Plains Nature Center is located at 2125 Denby Drive in the Drayton Woods Subdivision off Hatchery Road. Rentals are available Monday - Sunday, 8:00am - 9:00pm.
