General Information

Mission

Is to assist low and moderate income Waterford Township homeowners improve their quality of housing.  The upgrading of these homes and neighborhoods is important in keeping Waterford Township a desirable place to live and work.  Through funding from the Federal Government (H.U.D.) we are able to provide zero percent (0%) interest, deferred payment loans (D.P.L.) to eligible homeowners for limited repairs to their homes.
