NEW BUSINESSES
Waterford Township does not require businesses to register with the Clerk's Department. However, there are certain requirements depending on the type of business and the proposed location of the business so we do advise new businesses to contact the Community Planning and Development Department where zoning/land use issues will be looked into. If there are any building matters, they will forward these to the Building Department.
Also, the Police Department has developed a new form that they are requesting all businesses to fill out relative to type of business and emergency contact information.
