Assessing   
Homestead Exemption Affidavit

The Homestead Affidavit form is completed when a person purchases a home and intends to use it as their main homestead. The home must be purchased and occupied by May 1 in order for the homestead to be in effect for the current year.  Please return this form to the Township Assessing Department.
Property Transfer Affidavit
[provided by State of Michigan
The Property Transfer Affidavit must be completed whenever there is a change of ownership on a property. It is completed and signed by the new owner and must be filed within 45 days of the transfer. Please return this form to the Township Assessing Department.
Building/Engineering  
Building Permit Applications Building Permits applications are to be used when structural changes or additions are made to an existing building; for all new construction; permanent and temporary signs; pools; decks; and any sheds over 200 square feet.
Electrical Permit Applications Electrical Permit applications are to be used when electrical work is planned for either existing structures or new construction.
Mechanical Permit Applications  Mechanical Permit applications are to be used for all new construction; furnace or air conditioning replacement; installing or replacing humidifiers, de-humidifiers, air cleaners or any other modification of an existing heating.
Plumbing Permit Applications Plumbing Permit applications are to be used for all new construction; additions to an existing plumbing system; installation of an irrigation system; installation or replacement of water heaters or water softeners; or any other modifications of an existing plumbing system
Site and Woodland Review Applications  Site and Woodland Review is required for new residential construction to confirm the compliance to setback requirements and to ensure that trees are not needlessly removed. Site Review is required for all additions to the footprint of existing homes.
Wetland Delineation Applications  Wetland Delineation applications are to be used when the property owner wishes to have the boundaries of a wetland flagged. The presence of wetlands on a property limits the buildable area of the parcel and this process enables the property owner to determine the allowable location of new construction or additions to existing structures.
Fill Permit Applications Fill Permits applications are used when the property owner wishes to raise the grade of a property more than one foot. This review will ensure that adjacent properties are not adversely affected by the change in grade.

Cable Request Form To be used in filing a cable complaint with the Cable Coordinator. It is asked that you have attempted to resolve the situation with Comcast before lodging the complaint.

Ordinance Enforcement Request Place an ordinance enforcement request with the Code Enforcement Division.
Supervisor  
Street Light Repair Request Place a request to have a broken streetlight repaired.
Treasurer  
Authorization for Automatic Bill Payment Application form for automatic tax bill payments.
Deferment of Summer Taxes Application Application form for the deferment of summer taxes until February 14, 2003.  Please review the eligibility requirements for this application.
