Lead Based Paint Acknowledgement

The Lead Based Paint
Acknowledgement form provides Limited Repair Program applicants with
information on the hazards of lead-based paint. A copy of this form must be
signed and returned as part of the Limited Repair application process. |

Federally funded no-interest loan
application for emergency and minor home repairs need by low-income
single-family residential homeowners. When completed, this application needs
to be returned to the Community Planning and Development
